Men in their 20s (join with friends)
I often go to all-you-can-eat sushi. I wanted to try holding it, so I joined with a friend. It was very enjoyable and delicious to eat and compare what the teacher had and the one that I held by myself.
Women in their 30s (family participation)
A family of four participated with two children. It was a very valuable experience because I could experience the “grip” that I could not easily experience. The children were also very happy. It was a very meaningful lesson that also provided opportunities for work experience and food education.
Male in 50s (participation by one person)
I really like sushi and I’ve always wanted to grab it myself, so I joined. I say things are trials, but it’s a big difference to see them, and I struggled harder than I thought, but I was very interested. I want to participate with my family from now on.
